How do I uninstall commandbox

...would like to try to re install it again and see if my issue continues. I deleted the .commandbox folder previously then did another install but that didn't do it.

Didn't do what?  It didn't uninstall or it didn't fix your error?  The steps to uninstall CommandBox are simply to remove the box binary and remove the .CommandBox folder from your user home.  If you're on a *nix  machine like Mac, keep in mind running "box something" and "sudo box something" will create two CommandBox homes. One under your user folder and one under the "root" users's folder.
