One of our clubs grabbed a picture off the internet years ago for their website, and now they have a threatening letter saying they need to pay an exorbitant license fee.
Unfortunately this is not a total scam, and while their bot may have mistakenly targeted your picture, or they may not have the documentation to prove you misused the picture it will be a headache nonetheless.
To avoid this hassle you should review your images to make sure you own the rights to them. This bot is crawling the internet and could target your club.
