Dear NOAA Digital Coast Data Access Viewer User,
This email was sent to you because you have used the Data Access Viewer in the last year, but not after a recent change that may be affecting your ability to use the application.
In July, 2025, our Data Access Viewer app (
https://coast.noaa.gov/dataviewer) changed data services for searching. We have noticed a number of users are having trouble because their browser is running a cached version of the app and they do not receive results from their searches. If you're having this problem, you can solve it by either of these solutions:
1. Hard reload the application (usually control-F5 on Windows, Cmd-Shift-R on Mac) in the browser tab with the app open. This is the recommended option as it only affects the app.
2. Clear your browser cache.
