Aims and Objectives?

Here is a question which may be a flashback for some.

Does Orienteering USA have a set of approved Aims and Objectives?

I ask 1) because I can't find any reference on the O-USA website

2) As we start to explore ways to have an exchange of ideas about growing the sport there seems to be no consensus coming forward to how to grow or even how to discuss. There is not even an everyone on the same page that the sport should grow nationally or in your area.

3) I'm a throwback fossil to the 1970s where one could not be in an organization without having to discuss aims and objectives, goals etc. I was not impressed at the time but now I see how they give focus to discusssion.
