Call for Volunteers - Conference Workshops

Dear orienteering friends,

Navigation Games, with Orienteering USA’s support, is seeking orienteers to spread the word about our sport at educator conferences. 

We have been delivering conference workshops for several years and rely on orienteers like yourself to make it happen. We need your help to promote the sport of orienteering to educators! 

Here’s how you can help:

• Lead a workshop at a conference near you

• We estimate that it will take 8-15 hours of your time to prepare for and present at a 1-day conference workshop

• You can present using our activity plan, or create your own!

Would you, or someone in your club, be willing to attend a conference near you to run a workshop about orienteering? We will provide support all along the way, starting with submitting the application on your behalf. We also can give you a plan for running the workshop and follow up with participants afterward.
