Please join us next Tuesday, May 14th, for a presentation and discussion about Effective Training in Orienteering.

Alex Azarov from Quantico Orienteering Club (QOC) will discuss a philosophical approach to building a training program and achieving positive results in competition. With nearly 4 decades of orienteering experience, Alex has coached in Russia as well as coaching some former TeamUSA athletes.
