Kovan to Goerli Migration Update

On October 5th, Optimism Kovan will be fully decommissioned in favor of Optimism Goerli. In an effort to encourage all projects to migrate to Goerli in advance of the Oct 5 deadline, we'll be decreasing the Kovan rate limit. If you haven’t already migrated to the Goerli testnet, check out our blog post that shares some additional context along with links to helpful migration guides and documentation. We appreciate the effort you’re putting in to migrate over to a new network, and we’re excited about the stability the Goerli testing network will provide the ecosystem with!
