INSTRUCTIONS:- Please fill out an individual form for each project that will be entered into the Montana State Fair Project Show.
- Please note that the only items needed for this project show are a binder going over project details and documentation along with the project. There will be no interviews at this project show due to the potential for work and state fair competitions that may hinder or disrupt students being able to be present.
- There are two time frames for projects to be on display. The first is to bring the project in Friday (July 25th) or Saturday (July 26th) and leave it for the entirety of the Montana State Fair to be on Display, or Projects can come in Tuesday (July 29th) and leave at the end of the day Thursday (July 31st). We would like to see projects stay for the entire fair if possible, but if individuals are traveling and need to take the projects with them as they arrive and depart that will work.
Project Show-
The Montana State Fair Project Show will be taking place on Wednesday July 30th and
students do not need to be present in order to have their project judged
this year. We are just looking for a project and a binder/ packet to go
over project details involving planning, reason for project, project
design, etc. This year we have general distributing (Gendco) judging and sponsoring
the show.
Please refer to the link provided at the bottom of the page for
more information and sign-up for projects.
