INNERGY is excited to offer its Microvellum, design-to-manufacture CAD/CAM software available to all SkillsUSA State Level Cabinet Making and CAD Contest schools free of charge. The software would be available through the Adopt-a-School initiative. Through our Adopt-a-School initiative, we provide schools with the resources to bridge the gap between education and the workplace. This initiative gives students hands-on exposure to industry-standard digital tools and prepares them for the workforce.
INNERGY also has free Microvellum software tutorial videos for instructors and students to learn how to use the software. These tutorial videos can be accessed via Microvellum University. This gives new learners a structured, self-paced method of learning the software.
Closing the skills gap requires strong partnerships between schools, teachers, students, and industry professionals. These connections raise awareness of career opportunities for students while supporting teachers in delivering industry-relevant education. By linking classroom learning with real-world experience, schools create clear paths to employment.
