Estimated SkillsUSA Nationals cost 2025

Hello,

I will release a guide but here is a quick estimate for those who asked.

Flight: $800 from GF to Atlanta, GA (your may be more or less)

Hotel: Hyatt House- $256.34 per night per room, You can get 4 students per room, I will also send out a list of who is going, so you can share rooms if needed with other schools. Breakfast is included this year with our hotel (that has never happened)

It is recommended you fly in on the morning of the 23rd, competitions and orientations will begin the 24th-27th. If you cannot get a decent flight out on the 23rd it's recommended to leave on the 22nd because competition orientations are mandatory to attend. If you download NLSC 2025 app (see picture below) in addition a lot of orientations are held the day before the actual contest this is where they will get clothing, tool list and written test out of the way before starting the actual skill portion so be aware of your competition when they start posting them on the app, pre download the app so you have it now and keep an eye on when they start to post schedules for contest. During our NLSC orientations I will go over the app with you and show you how to properly use it.

Awards will be Friday night June 27th then afterwards we will have a state get together back at the hotel, book your flight for Saturday June 28th to leave for home. It is a jam packed four days from June 23rd to the 28th so if you plan on doing any sightseeing or additional extracurricular activities other than skills USA National Convention it is recommended that you fly in earlier than the 23rd or stay later than the 28th. You will not have a lot of time for additional attractions in between. 

Total days for min NLSC competitions is 23-28, 5 days = $1281.70 per room

Registration pass per person: $260 students and adults

Total for 4 people if you share a room = $5521.70 + food
