ALC Exec meeting minutes and 2027 State Bid Sheets (due July 15th)

Hi! 

The Executive Board met at ALC this week. Attached are the meeting minutes including our votes on the student lead delegate business from state convention and the dates for 2027's State Convention. State will be Monday, March 22nd- Friday, March 26th in Great Falls due to the Easter Holiday. 

Speaking of state, bids are now open and will close July 15th.  The following events were approved for three-year bids (pending approved budget). Therefore, new coordinator bids are NOT being accepted for these CDEs/LDEs : Star Greenhand, ATMS, Poultry, Agriscience, Creed/Jr. Creed, Food Science, Floriculture, Ag Communications, Prepared Speaking, Extemp Speaking, Employment Skills, Meats Evaluation, Ag Issues, Marketing Plan. 

Please submit this same google from below for either a renewal of the three year contract (shorter with a yearly budget) or if you are a first time or one year only bidder (longer with more key details).
