It is posted as well on the state website at https://montanaffa.org/applications/
You can also print off the attached PDF and scan the QR code with a phone to get to the application. ALC is June 18-21, and applications are due May 15th.

Camp fees are $200 for chapters with an active alumni and supporters chapter and $225 for chapters without an active alumni. The status of your alumni chapter can be found on this list: 2026 Active Alumni Chapters.xlsx. If you have any questions about active alumni chapters, please email Kristen Swenson at alu...@montanaffa.org.

When the application is submitted, an invoice will automatically be sent to the email and advisor email specified in the application. The emails must be spelled correctly for the invoice to send! Payment is due June 1st. A late fee of $10 will be applied for late payments. Cancellations emailed to
alu...@montanaffa.org by May 25 will receive a full refund. Cancellations after May 25 will be charged $50 if registration has not been paid, or paid registration will have $50 withheld from the refund for late cancellation. To facilitate the billing process, a question asking who will be sending payment has been added to the application. Please let your students know if the chapter, alumni, or student is responsible for the camp fee.

Normally, all applicants are accepted to camp. In the uncommon case that the number of applicants exceeds the capacity of camp, applicants who have previously attended might not be accepted and their payment will be returned. If accepted to camp, your students will receive a packet in the mail with camp information late May or early June. I will post the list of accepted campers and camper letter here when they are finalized.

The ALC application has been reopened through tomorrow at 11:59 p.m. 

Attached is the list of applications received. At this time, all first-year campers are accepted to camp, while the return camper applications are still being reviewed. A full list of accepted campers and the camper letter will be posted here later. Please email mdmc...@gmail.com and alu...@montanaffa.org if you have a student who is no longer able to attend camp.

If you are paying for multiple students from your chapter, feel free to change the quantity on an invoice you were emailed to reflect as much. Payments are due June 1. Please direct any payment questions to Kristen Swenson at alu...@montanaffa.org. Camp questions can be sent to Matt McKamey at mdmc...@gmail.com. Please confirm your campers' attendance and email both Kristen and Matt if you have a student who is no longer able to attend camp. 

The camper letter should be mailed to the members early June and will be posted here when available. Camp will start with registration 3-3:45 on Thursday and end at noon on Sunday at Arrowpeak Lodge, per usual.
