Hello FFA!
We are excited to host our 24th Annual Sheridan College FFA Border Wars on Monday, March 2nd. We will be offering Ag Sales, Farm Business Management, Environment and Natural Resources and Vet Science competitions.
Here is the schedule of events:
9-10 Campus tours and student activities
10-10:45 Registration
10:45 Welcome
11-3 Contests and Lunch
3-4 Campus tours
To register your students and for us to get a lunch count (free!) please fill out this Google form no later than Feb 16: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1muyC6dpEnJMPVrMbkjKehJCpn_rgVpudYiAhPUyTNAg/edit?usp=sharing You can update teams until we print name tags on the morning of Feb 27.
Be sure to look at the schedule of events and the possible limitations on contest sizes if you are bringing a big group.
We will be giving out lots of fun prizes to students. PLEASE have them fill out this form before they come to be entered into the drawings: https://nwccd.formstack.com/forms/border_wars
You can also print out the QR code attached to this email and have students use their phones to fill out this form. In the past we’ve tried to do this during registration and it took too long or students weren’t allowed to have phones so we’re trying to front load it. This information helps us justify the free lunches. 😊
