Courtesy Corp Application

Hello all!

It's that time of year again, and the Association needs to select some of our amazing members to be a part of this year's Courtesy Corp at state convention. I am this year's Courtesy Corp Chair, assisting Anna Sponheim. Previous experience is not required to apply.

Applications will be due on February 23rd.

Roles and responsibilities may include:

• Heavy lifting (moving tables on and off stage)
• Finding and escorting donors and speakers
• Managing lighting and microphones
• Providing cues for the State Officers
• Moving props for the State Officers
• Organizing award tables

Requirements:

• Must be available to work during at least two, if not all four general sessions
• Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure
• Active Problem-solving skills
• Active listening skills (you'll need to pay attention both to the session and cues from the backstage director)
• Willingness to pitch in, collaborate, and work in a team environment
• Physically able to move quickly in fast-paced environments and crowded areas
• Physically able to lift objects up to 25 lbs
