Good Morning!

I know November seems like a long way away, but it will be here before we know it! That being said, we are working to offer hotel room blocks at a discounted rate for Ag Expo this year! Hopefully this will also allow us to have more flexibly with hotel availability since we all know how Bozeman lodging can be, especially in the fall. Our goal is to eventually have this process streamlined for years to come to make your lives easier.

I know most of you book rooms months in advance, so we want to get the ball rolling on this as soon as possible. Because of this, we are trying to collect data to estimate how many rooms will be needed.

If you would be willing to take this QUICK survey (even if you have already booked rooms for this year's Ag Expo) to help us get an idea, it would be greatly appreciated. We will also be analyzing registration numbers from past years, but the more of you who fill out this form, the more accurate we will be able to be!
