Sign-Up for One State Convention Tour

Hello all,

Members will have the opportunity to tour the Montana Air Guard Base during State Convention on Thursday, April 2nd. This tour will be leaving the fairgrounds at 8:15am.

Due to the nature of security on the base, they have asked that students sign up ahead of time. Please have any interested students fill out the form below. This form will close on March 20th or when the maximum of 40 students is reached. Because of limited space, each chapter will be limited to 3 members (whoever signs up first). If we do not reach 40 students by the closing date, chapters with more than 3 students interested in attending will be contacted.

Thank you to everybody that has signed up for this tour so far! At this point, we have 35 members signed up and 5 spots remaining. This is a reminder that the sign-up for this tour will be closed this Friday, March 20th, or when we fill those 5 remaining spots.

We had a big rush of new sign-ups, so unfortunately not all members who have signed up will be able to attend. I have taken the first 40 responses, and have listed those 40 members below. If at any point one of your students can no longer attend, please let me know and I will contact any extras who have signed up to fill those spots.
