It is posted as well on the state website at https://montanaffa.org/applications/
You can also print off the attached PDF and scan the QR code with a phone to get to the application. ALC is June 20-23 at the Arrowpeak Lodge in Highwood, and applications are due May 20th.

With the rising costs of camp, especially food, the Alumni Council decided to increase camp fees this year to ensure the sustainability of the event. Camp fees will be $200 for chapters with an active alumni and supporters chapter and $225 for chapters without an active alumni. If you are unsure the status of your alumni chapter, please email Alu...@MontanaFFA.org.

When the application is submitted, an invoice will automatically be sent to the email and advisor email specified in the application. The emails must be spelled correctly for the invoice to send! Payment is due June 1st. A late fee of $10 will be applied for late payments. Cancellations emailed to Alu...@MontanaFFA.org by May 25 will receive a full refund. Cancellations after May 25 will receive a refund of $50.

Normally, all applicants are accepted to camp. In the uncommon case that the number of applicants exceeds the capacity of camp, applicants who have previously attended might not be accepted and their payment will be returned. If accepted to camp, your students will receive a packet in the mail with camp information late May or early June. I will post the list of accepted campers and camper letter here when they are finalized.

Hi all, 

There is room for another 10-15 campers at ALC this year, so the application deadline has been extended to Saturday, June 25th. The ALC application is available at this link: https://forms.office.com/r/LeSskqPeZX. June 25th is also the deadline for drops with full reimbursement of the camp fee. After June 25th, there will be a $50 reimbursement for cancellations. Please email mdmc...@gmail.com and alu...@montanaffa.org if you have a student who is no longer able to attend camp. 

Camp payments are due June 1 to Kristen Swenson, Alumni Treasurer, PO Box 1129, Manhattan, MT 59741. You may email her at alu...@montanaffa.org with any payment or alumni roster questions. If your alumni chapter has recently become active, an updated invoice is available here for you (File > Save As > Download a Copy > open the file > select your chapter): 2024 ALC Invoice.xlsx. You can see the status of your alumni chapter on the second tab of the invoice. 

A list of accepted campers is attached. They should receive a camper letter early June, and we will post the letter here as well.

I meant this Saturday, May 25th rather than June 25th! Camp will be June 20-23.
