State Degree Review Clarification

State Degree Review Feedback Clarification:

1. Some state degrees may have been sent back with a note for correction that two consecutive years of SAE records are needed to earn the degree.  Clarification: two years ARE required, but they DO NOT have to be consecutive.
2. Many state degrees were sent back for correction for lack of description for SAEs.  Descriptions are added in the little clipboard icon in the experience manager in AET.  Once this page opens, descriptions by year are entered on the left hand side.  The right hand side can be left blank.  Please note that descriptions added or updated under the pencil icon WILL NOT flow over to the state degree.  Only descriptions entered under the clipboard icon will flow to the degree application.
