FUSION ATTENDANCE WAIVER & SCHEDULE

Happy New Year everyone.

Fusion Career Summit starts this Sunday in Billings.  I have attached the main schedule of events and there will be other schedules for the interviews & resumes at the event.  The Gold students doing the job interviews are interviewing for a job at a local hardware store.  This will be the same for all three interviews with each interview building on the previous interview.

 

What your students need to bring:

Pencil/Pen/notebook

Official Dress

Junior & Seniors in the Gold Track need 3 printed copies of their resume and their laptop computer (not required)

Signed waiver (attached to this email) Waiver MUST be turned in at registration.

There is a coffee bar & snack bar available within the hotel, so they should bring money for that.  Water will be available throughout the event and all meals and snacks at one morning and one afternoon break are included in the registration fee.

Hotel rooms have been assigned, and students will share rooms with students from different chapters.  The boys and girls will all be in different locations within the hotel.

Advisors are responsible for chaperoning all students.  If you need a room, call the Billings Hotel and use the code 190192.  You will be responsible to pay for your own room.

Registration begins on Sunday at 10:30 am.  We can accept check, cash or credit card.  The students will not be allowed into their rooms until mid-afternoon.  I will have the room keys and hand them out to the students.  There will be a room for the students to store their luggage until their hotel room is ready.  DO NOT have your students go to the hotel registration desk and try to check in.  Come to the Madison room for registration.
