Train the Trainer UTV & ATV Trainings Coming Soon!

Good Afternoon Eric,

The Montana Department of Labor, in collaboration with Levi Capdeville of Valley County, is offering ATV and UTV Safety Training for weed managers and crews. Upon completion of these courses attendees be certified to train others in the safe use of these vehicles.

These comprehensive training opportunities provide a valuable chance for you, your crews, and/or seasonal employees to receive in-depth instruction on the safe operation of ATVs and UTVs. This type of training opportunity is not frequently available, so we encourage anyone who operates these vehicles as part of their work to take advantage of it.

UTV Safety Training

September 15–17
Cascade County Weed District – Great Falls
Participants may need to bring a UTV to the training.

ATV Safety Training

September 22–24
Cascade County Weed District – Great Falls
Participants will need to bring an ATV to the training.

Both courses are nearly full, but a limited number of spots remain available.

Cost: $200 per course, payable to the Montana Weed Control Association (MWCA).

If you are interested in attending either training, please contact Levi Capdeville at 406-263-9333 as soon as possible for additional information and to reserve your spot.
