Hi everyone, 

Please see the attached Excel file for access to the booking links associated with our Ag Expo hotel blocks. These links provide direct access to our reserved rates. (One of them is a phone number with a direct line to a sales representative that is familiar with our rate).

This is our initial set of blocks, and we have additional hotels and rooms on standby that will be released as availability fills. We've worked to secure options in reasonable locations while keeping rates as affordable as possible. 

If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out. I will continue to update the file as more blocks become available. In the meantime, we encourage you to book early! This will help us better gauge demand and determine how many additional rooms may be needed.
