The American Welding Society (AWS) Foundation is offering Educator Professional Development Scholarships designed specifically for current welding educators who want to enhance their teaching and technical skills. These scholarships support continuing education and professional development opportunities that strengthen welding instruction and improve student outcomes. Awards range from $500 to $5,000, with both national and district-level scholarships available. Eligible applicants must be current full or part-time welding educators working in an educational or training setting, and funds may be used for tuition, fees, books, or other instructional expenses related to professional development.
