Star State Greenhand Plaque

We have run into a couple of more dead ends regarding the search for the Star State Greenhand Plaque.  Please take another look around your classrooms, etc.  The plaque is a traveling plaque with multiple plates on it.  If I remember correctly it is about 14-15" wide and about 20" long/tall.

It also had an additional plaque added on the bottom with eye hooks.
