Individual Sweepstakes Entries

Hello,

Since individual sweepstakes always ends up being such a bugbear to figure out during the dance, we are trying to get ahead of the game this year.

Thank you to all of you who have already signed up your individual student names on JudgingCard for the individual sweepstakes competition.

What we need now is for you to send what events your sweepstakes participants are competing in.

IF YOU HAVE AN INDIVIDUAL SWEEPSTAKES PARTICIPANT, PLEASE EMAIL ME YOUR STUDENT NAME(S) ALONG WITH THE 4+ SWEEPSTAKES EVENTS THEY ARE COMPETING IN.

If you don't send this information, we can't promise their sweepstakes score will get calculated.

1. You just need what they are registered for in terms of state contests correct? Not placings or results from previous contests.

2. What on earth is a “bugbear”?

Just a point of clarification-

To be eligible for individual sweepstakes, a member must compete in at least four events of the 10 that count. They must have qualified to compete in each event they participate in.
