Good afternoon,
My name is Kallie Jost, and I serve as Membership Coordinator for the Livestock Marketing Association, based in Overland Park, KS. Our association represents and supports the livestock marketing sector across North America.
I’m reaching out to ask for your help in sharing two national scholarship opportunities with FFA students in your state. Applications are now open for the following scholarships, with a deadline of March 13, 2026:
2026 LMA Career & Academic Education Scholarship
- One-time award of $2,500
- Up to nine recipients
- For students pursuing post-secondary education and planning careers that support and advance the livestock marketing industry
2026 LMA Auctioneer School Scholarship
- One-time award of up to $2,500
- One recipient, ages 16–25
- For students planning to attend auctioneer school and support the auction method of selling livestock
