I have been putting state Guidelines in one area for everyone as they are coming in on ag...@opiconnet.org.   Contest chairs can add files to the folder as well.

Here are the guidelines for the State Floriculture and Food Science CDEs. MAgNet wouldn't allow me to upload them to the folder so if someone with credentials could do that I would appreciate it. 

Please let me know if you have any questions on either of these.
