Hi maintainers,

I found that the OpenXLA community meeting pdf has stopped updating after 2024 in the doc folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1GKBF1Ir0UvmlN6Q1hkCZad4PmDixVbmn.

Right now only the meeting video is available, but the video is not convenient to be discussed for brainstorming locally. So is it possible to continue to update the meeting pdf?

Hello!

Slides are linked to from the meeting notes doc:

We can probably upload these to proper drive folders as well to avoid any future confusion.

Best,
Kevin

Thanks for your kind reply!

Both the meeting notes doc and the slides link inside are not public and need extra access. Better to have a public version as before in that slides folder if no confidential issues.

Hi Teng,

The notes document was originally set to be accessible to everyone subscribed to openxla-discuss@ with commenting rights. The team could decide to further open access of the notes doc to include viewing by anyone with the link in the share settings.

In order for the meeting slides to be publicly visible to anyone with the link, they must be added to the OpenXLA.org "Community Meetings" folder here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1GKBF1Ir0UvmlN6Q1hkCZad4PmDixVbmn

As a reminder, only slides or documents created or copied into the OpenXLA.org GSuite (instead of Google corp) can be added to the publicly visible Google Drive folders or made available to anyone with the link.
