Proposing to cancel July's OpenXLA Community Meetings

Hi everyone!

Due to a combination of conferences and summer vacations, we are running short on agenda items for both the IREE developer meeting and the OpenXLA Community meeting this month. 

Unless anyone in the community would like the time next Tuesday, July 18 at 8AM to present at the OpenXLA Community Meeting, I propose that we cancel that meeting and do an asynchronous update in the OpenXLA Community Meeting notes doc instead. I've tagged in a few folks to provide updates from their respective projects. 

Unless there are any volunteer presenters, I'll cancel the meeting invite by end of day today Pacific Time. If you would like to present at our meeting on August 15, please add yourself to the Upcoming Agenda section or reach out to me!
