Hello Everyone,

Voting has now closed and both of the following PR's have passed the RFC process!

• Grammar Remake: https://github.com/openwdl/wdl/pull/342. This is not a spec change and does not require implementation and can be merged immediately 
• Added a required input and output format for workflow engines: https://github.com/openwdl/wdl/pull/357. THis is already the behaviour exhibited by ALL current engines and is therefore already implemented. It will be merged right away as well
