• Added Suffix and similar Quoting Engine Functions: https://github.com/openwdl/wdl/pull/362  has successfully passed the RFC process with a vote of 5-1. It is currently waiting on https://github.com/chanzuckerberg/miniwdl/pull/379 to be merged before it is considered "implemented

Request For Comments

I would also like to direct your attention to a proposed Documentation change providing a high level description of the differences between WDL versions, the known ambiguities in the specification, and open questions that still need to be answered. This document is not meant to replace a changelog, but is just a summary of those differences. 

This is not a vote, but a "Crowd sourcing suggestions" for any changes that might need to be made, or whether people think this change is necessary
