Learner's Meetup Planning

Hey guys,

I'd like to propose that we run our first learners' meet on Monday, May 12th, 6pm-8/9pm, at the ThoughtWorks office on Collins St. In order for this to work, I'm probably going to need at least two other OTS coaches to be there with me, depending on how many people sign up on Meetup.

Dinner and drinks will be provided by ThoughtWorks, and we should give them a shout-out in the event description. I would like to trial this for three months (six sessions) and then reassess our approach after that to see if it's working.

How do you all feel about this? I'm happy to organise the event as long as I know I've got another OTS coach who can turn up on the night.

Hey again, all,

It turns out that the 12th May is not a good night for our venue, as they're having some work done in the office that night that will be noisy, so I'm going to create the event for the following Monday, the 19th May.

Any objections or thoughts?
