is this the new mailing list for math for the former topic "math for visual and design"?

I have a strong math and a poor graphics background, and would love do some math coaching. Is there still some organization going on?

thanks for getting in touch!

now that there is some interest in the group, the next stage is finding coaches--great that you're interested!

Please pass the word around! once we have found a handful of coaches we can have a planning/brainstorm

session and organize our first math event! I'd like to shoot for middle of November to have our first meetup

so there will be lots of planning to do before then. Once we have a list of a few more coaches, I will be in touch!

Hi Rachel,

do you already have a basic concept about the content? I understood it's basically Linear Algebra stuff. For now the plan is only one day, right? I have many friends in this area, who are very helping but are also usually very busy. If I could be a bit more specific, I could post it on my FB-page.
