Dear OpenTechSchool members all around the world,

Our last review meeting was in April – and it's time to run a new one! And this time we go global!

What is a review meeting

It's a one-day meeting, held on a Saturday, to meet (online and offline) and go through an agenda of topics to be discussed in order to:

• review what we've done so far
• tackle possible issue and discuss them together
• talk about our vision on mission for the organization
• set and assign short and long term actions points and goals

When

Possible dates are Saturday, November 23rd or Saturday, November 30th. Please fill out this Doodle by Tuesday, 15th October indicating your name and city you'd attend the meeting from.

Where

• Offline meeting point will be Berlin (everybody is invited to join! Please contact team....@opentechschool.org if you need help in making traveling plans, want suggestions for cheap accommodation solutions or look for a free but comfy couch)
• If you can't travel to Berlin – no problem! We'll connect with you! (we're working on identifying the best way to make this happen – tool-wise and time-zone-wise and will update you all soon in this regard)

How to get ready

• We'll ask all the OTS chapters to hold a local review meeting before the global one takes place, so that we can all update each other and make plans collectively. Outcomes of the local meetings will have to be shared in written form by Tuesday, November 12th. More details about this (e.g. sample list of suggested topics to be covered) will be communicated soon.
• Agenda and plan for the day will be prepared and shared with all of you in advance.
