Hi Alessandro,

I'm coming back to you about the Berlin Arduino workshop.
As planned I have talked to Duana (in CC) about it, but also to more people with programming background and some small experience in hardware hacking and I would say there is definitely an interest for a workshop to get some coaches trained to this, or as we decided to call it during our last meeting: "Arduino for coaches".

One more thing: co.up is booked for the BeMyApp Mobile Game hackathon on the week-end of the 9th-10th February (the week-end we were thinking of for that workshop), so is there another date you'd like to organise it?

If you still target early to mid-February we should probably get started with the announcement and such, not that we need to make a lot of publicity around it (you said you wanted a small number of people, ~12 attendants) but the participants will need to buy their Arduino board and equipment.

Really looking forward to this! (I will def. sign up to this workshop)

Best,
Amélie

That sounds very cool, let's definitely do it that way for the first workshop!

I know, Rachel already told me about it and in the past days I didn't really have a lot of time to think about an alternative date.
Looking at the calendar right now I feel like a possible date might be 2/3 february, even though it really looks like it's happening tomorrow!
Let me think about it a little bit more and I'll come with a proposal by the weekend.

Yes sure, as I was writing above, let's decide something by the weekend.

Cool, can't wait :)

Cheers,
Alessandro

This sounds great! I am from India and it would be great to be there at Berlin! Let me know if there can be any online content development that can be done, I would love to lend a hand!

Thanks Desireé and Aditya,
It would be nice to have you two here!
It's not easy to find Arduino users willing to teach a workshop here.

By the way, my next best date is the 2nd of February.
Still I don't know if it does make sense with such a short time ahead, I mean if we have enough time to push it and people to buy their arduinos/kits.
What do you think?

Otherwise we should postpone to March since in February I'll be around a lot.

Also, on friday I'm gonna meet a guy who might be a possible coach.
I'll keep you posted.

Alessandro
