Build error with OpenSSL 3.5 on Visual Studio 2012 (32-bit)

I am trying to build OpenSSL 3.5 with Visual Studio 2012 (32-bit), but the build fails due to the same issue as reported in #24109 (https://github.com/openssl/openssl/issues/24109).

I noticed that the similar problem affecting Visual Studio 2010 was successfully addressed in #24405 (https://github.com/openssl/openssl/pull/24405).
However, this fix does not currently cover Visual Studio 2012, and the build error continues in that environment.

Could you please consider applying a fix for VS2012, so that OpenSSL 3.5 can also be built successfully on that platform?
