Potential Proposal in regards with VlanFd and VlanFc instantiation

Please prepare for discussing the following formulation during tomorrow’s 5G-xhaul call:

First target of tomorrow’s call would be agreeing a formal proposal concerning the generic interface behavior in regards with the LTP, FD, FC and FcPort that also covers the VLAN layer.
