New container-based Trellis in a Box

Hi everyone,

I've built a new container-based Trellis in a Box recently, located at https://github.com/charlesmcchan/tiab.

It has a few benefits compared to the old VM-based one:
- The new one includes both ONOS and Mininet, while the old one has Mininet only.
- Fast setup. It only takes only 3 commands and ~ 3 minutes assuming you have Docker pre-installed. You don't need to start from building a VM environment with Vagrant anymore.
- It is integrated with a multi-tenant container-based tutorial platform that Yi and Hung-Wei is currently working on (<- you will hear more updates from them shortly)

Feel free to test it and report any issues/comments you have. Hopefully this will become the new official Trellis tutorial environment when it becomes more mature.
