Question regarding project status

  Good day, I hope this email finds you well. I am a researcher who has just entered the field of SDN. I would like to ask a few questions if possible. 

- Is ONF still active? I see that it has joined with the linux Foundation, but there has not been alot of movement recently and i am confused as to if the organization is still active.

- Is ONOS still active?. I see that much of the docs and resources are deprecated, however the current active project (Aether), claims to use it, so i am a bit confused.
