Dijkstra routing app ?

Dear all,

Do you know an app, in ONOS, which permits to achieve a classic routing using Dijkstra algorithm ?

I know fwd (Reactive Forwarding) but I do not search for a Mac Learning application. Also, I would like that, in reaction to a request, the application sends a command to each switches to install the path. And not to do as in fwd: "just" answer to the current request.

Do not hesitate to ask me to clarify some points.

The intent subsystem allows you to do this proactively, i.e. to setup connectivity between two hosts, etc. I believe the VPLS application uses that. Also, the SDN-IP application uses intents to provide ability to interface the SDN domain to other AS domains.

Thanks for your answer. I've tried also to use SDN IP following the application installation tutorial (https://wiki.onosproject.org/display/ONOS/SDN-IP+Tutorial):

install proxy arp, config and then sdn ip.

I probably did a mistake,  but something goes wrong. The "iperf" and "ping" commands does not work ... Did I forgot something ?

Hello,

I've installed the VM tutorial of ONOS (that I found here https://wiki.onosproject.org/display/ONOS/Basic+ONOS+Tutorial).

According to https://wiki.onosproject.org/display/ONOS/SDN-IP+Tutorial I tried to connect using "sdnip" as username and password in order to try the sdn ip tutorial but it's not working. Did I miss something ?

I was hoping someone from the ONOS community who is more familiar with SDN-IP than I am would jump in.  The SDN tutorial is 5 years old and much have changed since then. Have you tried re-creating the steps using the latest version of ONOS?

Yes and it was not working (maybe issue from myself)

But I've found a solution using intent !

Now I have another question, how can I configure the logical port for ONOS ?
