Running NGIC-RTC with only 1 PCI port

Hi All

I'm currently in the process to try to build and run the NGIC-RTC project. An issue I currently face is that we have only one PCI network device available. I checked the Install.md file and can see that there is a --no-pci flag available for control plane. Is there a similar configuration which can be created for the data plane?
