Concept dictionary scripts

Over the past years, we have strived to maintain a healthy concept dictionary for our implementations in Haiti, Rwanda, Lesotho, Malawi, and Peru.  That simple goal is clear, but getting there isn't straightforward.  Recent work involved collaboration between PIH/IMB and the Rwanda Ministry of Health on harmonizing concepts and forms.  This led to a much improved and useful Metadata Harmonization Server in Rwanda.  Although the work continues, these are shared with the OpenMRS community.  

• Concept cleanup scripts (https://github.com/PIH/openmrs-concept-scripts):  These are written in mysql and groovy.  They might not be pretty and perfect, but they helped identify, fix, and improve our concept servers.  The various scripts are documented (README.md) in the github project repo.  You will likely need to modify scripts to work in your environment, but the variables are documented.
• Metadata server management guidelines (https://wiki.openmrs.org/display/docs/Metadata+Server+Management)

I'm hopeful that these tools will be helpful to others and that community members will contribute improvements, additional scripts, documentation, and guidelines.  This is meant to be a beginning.

This has been a great collaboration with the Rwanda MoH, Julie Jensen and especially Neza Guillane (IMB) who leads the work.
