Problem accessing DHIS2 server

Hi all,

Im trying tp post a report to the dhis server through openmrs, and it gives the following error..

could someone please help me in figuring our what this error is related to?

I have found that the corresponding errors are thrown by an IO exception.. from the following function

    catch ( IOException ex )

        {

            throw new Dhis2Exception( this, "Problem accessing DHIS2 server", ex );

        }

• The error message and stack trace
• OpenMRS version
• Application server name and version
• Username of the user currently logged in
• The implementation id of this installation (if defined)
