OpenMRS Event - All Hands on Deck Event

Hello All,

As you are aware the release of OpenMRS 2.2 was scheduled for March 31st however due to the amount of bugs found during testing the release has been pushed back until we can get some of the issues worked out. To help work through these bugs we would like to setup an "All Hands on Deck" testing period on Monday, similar to a Hackathon.

The details of the event are:

What: OpenMRS 2.2 Testing Sprint

When: 11AM- 1PM EDT, 6th April,2015

Who is Invited: Anyone who can spare that time to help Test OpenMRS 2.2

Where: http://connect.iu.edu/omrsd

 (It will be coordinated in Adobe Connect Link mentioned but, the Testing would happen in the UAT server: uat01.openmrs.org:8080/openmrs) 

Please join the event and help get OpenMRS 2.2 released as soon as possible!

Thanks for pushing this forward, Maurya!

I would urge everyone available to join us on Monday to get OpenMRS 2.2 ready for release.  I have copied the implementers group as well, since people don't have to be a developer to help test functionality of OpenMRS 2.2.

I think it is worth mentioning that people may test even before or after the specified time.

A big thank you to everyone who took part in the All hands on deck event and helping test OpenMRS 2.2. You made it possible to test most of the features and assuring us in releasing a more reliable product. 

A lot got tested in the event but, there are still some things left to be tested and only a handful of people were able to test them. We call out to the community to test the features in the User Acceptance Testing Server - uat01.openmrs.org:8080/openmrs  and help us make the product more reliable.
