Open MRS and ODK collect integratiom

Hi All,

I am working on project using penmrs for clinics in India so that doctors consultation is available at remote locations/village also.

I was just wondering where can I get the help on ODK collect and OpenMRS integration. I am using 1.9.8 version of OpenMRS, Xforms 4.2.8 & ODK collect 1.4.3.

What will be the settings on the OpenMRS side ?

What will be the settings on ODK Client side such as 

FormListPath, Submission Path.

How to get the patient data as well downloaded on the phone.

I see lots of email regarding this but don't see clear answer to this problem. Any help in this regard is appreciated. Looking forward for the answer.

Hi Nidhi,

The ODK collect and OpenMRS integration needs some more developer efforts to be usable.

thanks Daniel for the reply, but what does it mean?

1. Can we do localized changed and use it but what will be those changes?

2. If somebody is working on it then what will be the expected date to complete it?

First step is to run the ODK Clinic from its source code.

As for expected completion date, this depends on the developer skills.

As far as I know there aren't many groups working on ODK clinic connecting to OpenMRS, though there have been a few people that have asked for it like you.

I am able to compile the source code but getting errors in running the code mainly while using javarosa library. What is the best way to resolve these run time errors
