Try http://localhost:8080/openmrs/ws/rest/v1/session

If it is still not a 200, your module may not be up. Try taking a look at the admin page to see if the module was installed and started - /openmrs/admin/modules/module.list

Regards
Vinay

I think you should install 1.9.8 version, it does well with Ubuntu 14.04

Hi Rakesh,

I don't know why you'd be getting 500 errors. (Make sure that the capitalization is v1 not V1.) And you may want to try querying with a "q" parameter instead of "identifier".

If you get a 500 error, you should look at the server logs to see details of the error.

Are you able to access the server side of the app ? would be great if you can provide us the server log to identify the issue.

Thank you,
Harsha

Hi,

I tried to install the given web service rest but I got a an empty page on OpenMRS, then I restarted jetty an error page is displayed, please find the screen shot and server log when i try to run jetty,,

Initially I made a clone of openmrs-core from github and as per the steps provided in wiki from the root directory "mvn clean install", the build was successful when I run the command "mvn jetty:run" from the webapp
directory I got the error detailed in the attachments, as I am new to the OpenMRS I am facing few problems during
installation process, looking forward for the support

Thanks and Regards
