Issue in openmrs war deployment

I have downloaded openmrs.war from this path:-http://sourceforge.net/projects/openmrs/files/releases/OpenMRS_1.9.0/openmrs.war/download

and webservices-rest from this path:-

https://modules.openmrs.org/#/show/153/webservices-rest

I got following error during deployment of openmrs.war whose logs are given in localhost.2014-07-15.log file.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Have you tried restarting openmrs?

Yes.We tried it,but it giving same Exception.

Is this error giving at the very first time when tomcat starting? Were you able to run initial setup of openmrs?

Can try the latest 1.9 version, i.e. 1.9.7 and the latest version of the web services module?

Please find [1] to download openmrs 1.9.7 and you can find web services module from module repo.

it is giving error  after few deployment stages completed

Which error? And is that when you are running OpenMRS 1.9.7 and the latest rest web services module?
