need help

Hi All
I'm undergraduate student of Sri Lanaka Institute of Information technology..I am trying to develop OpenMRS project linux enviroment.I am using fedora 17.

I installed eclipse juno,instal jdk..i setup eclipse pluginns and features to eclipse.
But when i import project to eclipse it will give this error..

Do i need seperate installation for maven?i installed maven plugin

Original error: Could not transfer artifact org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-plugins:pom:21 from/to openmrs-repo (http://mavenrepo.openmrs.org/nexus/content/repositories/public): Access denied to http://mavenrepo.openmrs.org/nexus/content/repositories/public/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-plugins/21/maven-plugins-21.pom. Error code 403, Forbidden

Hi Harsha,

Are you behind some proxy? If yes, then you need to configure maven to use it. See http://maven.apache.org/guides/mini/guide-proxies.html

When you fix that you will need to do mvn clean install -U or in Eclipse clean install with Update Snapshots checked.

but i think proxy not the case...my terminal mvn command not working
i think there is missconfiguration

hi harsha,
if the case is terminal mvn command is not working, you should install maven separately. It will solve your problem.

yup I already install it seperately.
my  java & maven ordering is the problem
