VOTE: OMF MDS WGSC Member Slate July 2026

Hello MDS Working Group participants and OMF Members, 

After a nomination process in June, and engagement with OMF members, and MDS working group participants, we now have our slate of 15 self-nominated candidates for the MDS Working Group Steering Committee.  

This is the notice of an official ballot for a vote to appoint a new slate of MDS WGSC (Working Group Steering Committee) members for a one-year term.

Voting will remain open through next Friday, July 17, 2026. 

Voters for WGSC candidates must be both a) employed by a current OMF member public or non-public organization, AND b) a Contributor to the Working Group, as described on the voting form. The OMF Bylaws describe the WGSC election process, and feedback from this process will be used to revise them as needed in the future, via approval of the OMF Board.

Note that there is no limit on the number of steering committee members, so the election is not competitive. But individual candidates must still get a majority 'yes' vote to be elected.
