Merging GeoExplorer into the Suite repo

I've pushed a branch to merge GeoExplorer back into the Suite repo
(https://github.com/opengeo/suite/commits/gx-merge). I need to do
some additional cleanup to get rid of unnecessary submodules and make
the build tasks work again.

In the meantime, please don't commit to the original GeoExplorer repo
(https://github.com/opengeo/geoexplorer). When I merge in the
gx-merge branch, I'll send final notice not to commit to the
GeoExplorer repo and to use the Suite repo instead.

I don't see a way to restrict push access to the GeoExplorer repo
(can't remove the "owners" team). Let me know if anybody knows a way
to do this.

Bart, I know your commit for the SUITE-1264 is missing from the
gx-merge branch. I'll update the submodules shortly.

Let me know if this raises any concerns.
