TimeManager external in gxp

Looks like the TimeManager submodule is referencing an orphaned commit:

This added TimeManager@260ca63445f2e671e442acd51c5f6b3efe3020d8

https://github.com/mpriour/TimeManager_OpenLayers-Addin/tree/260ca63445f2e671e442acd51c5f6b3efe3020d8

This commit isn't in master, and there aren't any other branches in the repo.

I'm assuming the submodule can be updated with the latest from master.
Please chime in if something else should be done.

However, I can actually get to the specific tree you have linked to below, although you are correct, it has been orphaned.

Should I push a branch with this orphaned commit for backwards compatibility?
